Espre Technologies, Inc. · Investor Two-Pager · MMEC Consortium / ScaleBridge Spring 2026 Cohort Review
A patented system-on-chip that transforms wireless transmissions into chaos-based waveforms indistinguishable from white noise — nothing to intercept, fingerprint, spoof, or jam. Nothing for quantum computing to break.
01 — Who We Are
Espre Technologies, Inc. is a Tysons, Virginia-based deep-technology company founded in 2018 as the commercial spin-off of Terry Consultants, Inc. (TCI), built on more than a decade of U.S. Department of Defense SBIR-funded research into physical-layer wireless security.
Founder & CEO Dr. John Terry, Ph.D. is a former Vice-Chair of the IEEE 802.11g Task Group — co-author of the Wi-Fi standard now operating on billions of devices worldwide — and a Silicon Catalyst portfolio company, backed by the world's leading semiconductor-focused incubator.
02 — The Technology
NvisiLink® embeds security into the physics of the signal itself, rather than layering encryption on top of it. Wireless transmissions are physically transformed into chaos-based waveforms — indistinguishable from ambient RF noise. There is no detectable signal to attack.
Validated at Technology Readiness Level 6 — the U.S. military's threshold for a technology demonstrated in a relevant operational environment.
Advances the architecture into GPS-denied, electronic-warfare-contested environments: jam-resistant C2 links, cooperative mesh positioning, AI-driven spectrum adaptation, and Assured PNT for dismounted forces, autonomous systems, and multi-domain unmanned platforms. Aligned with Army FY27 Program of Record and APFIT candidacy.
03 — The Offering
Funding the transition of Griffon II from validated technology to a demonstration-ready DevKit — the final step before institutional procurement and a projected $8M–$12M institutional growth round in 2027. Silicon Catalyst Ventures has expressed interest in participating in the priced round.

04 — The Demand Signal
This demand is structural. In their FY2026 Unfunded Priorities Lists submitted to Congress: U.S. Central Command requested nearly $119M toward building enduring cyber advantage, including zero trust capabilities; U.S. Strategic Command requested $30M for its Electromagnetic Battle Management—Joint program; U.S. Northern Command requested $35M including $9M for future C2 integration solutions; and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command requested nearly $12 billion overall, including $4.4 billion for all-domain unmanned systems. The U.S. Coast Guard separately requested $39.4M for tactical communications refresh and $100M for unmanned aircraft systems supporting maritime domain awareness. Each of these identified gaps maps directly to NvisiLink® capabilities.
